DGHI Student Grants

The Duke Global Health Institute (DGHI) has established DGHI Student Grants to encourage intellectual engagement, and domestic and international research and service.

These grants are available to undergraduate, graduate and professional school students.

Fieldwork and Research Grants

These funds may be used for fieldwork or research of relevance to global health, locally or internationally.

Amount: up to $5000
Application deadline: March 15, 2008

Conference Presentation Grants

These funds may be used for travel to conferences or scholarly meetings at which a student is giving an oral presentation, either as part of a panel or an individual presentation.

Amount: $100-$500
Application deadlines: Winter: January 31, 2008, Spring: April 30, 2008
