Release of BAA "Studying Community Programs to Reduce Childhood Obesity"
The Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) for “Studying Community Programs to Reduce Childhood Obesity” has been released.

The purpose of the BAA is to fund one nationwide study of communities that will examine programs and policies that are occurring around the nation regarding childhood obesity. Only one contract award will be made, which will be to a Research Coordinating Center. Because the purpose is to examine existing programs and policies, the BAA will not provide funding for interventions. Additional information is found in the BAA, including FAQs.
