FDA Commissioner’s Fellowship Program—Deadline April 15
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) seeks applicants for its Commissioner’s Fellowship Program, which offers a two-year opportunity for health professionals and other scientists to receive training and experience at FDA’s new White Oak campus in Silver Spring, Maryland or at other FDA facilities.
The fellowship program combines rigorous didactic coursework with the development of a hypothesis-driven, regulatory science research project. The coursework is designed to provide an in-depth understanding of the science behind regulatory review, encompassing the activities of the FDA across foods, drugs, devices, biologics and cosmetics. Coursework during the two years includes public policy, FDA law, leadership skills, epidemiology, clinical trials and statistics.
Applicants must have a Doctoral degree or a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
Applications are due by Wednesday, April 15.
