Duke University consistently ranks among the very best. Duke is gaining recognition for its premiere Master of Science in Global Health as a degree program that is preparing leaders in global health.

Why study global health at Duke? Funded fieldwork. Rigorous and individually-tailored coursework. World-class faculty. Student diversity. There are many more reasons, but one that we'll highlight today is Duke's geographical advantage. Duke  is situated on nearly 9,000 acres in Durham, North Carolina, which is joined by Raleigh, the state capital, and Chapel Hill, to form the Research Triangle Park. Anchored by major universities, large, multi-national biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies and nongovernmental organizations, the Research Triangle Park combines high-powered scholarship, innovative technologies and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Durham is also home to a lively music and arts scene, great food, culture and history, the Durham Bulls baseball team, and plenty of fun things to do around downtown and in the great outdoors.
