Center for Cardiovascular Excellence in China

The Duke Global Health Institute (DGHI) is pleased to partner with The George Institute for International Health in Beijing, China to establish a Center of Excellence in Cardiovascular Disease in China.  Funded by the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute and the UnitedHealth Group, DGHI will collaborate with existing health care systems in the region to build and strengthen sustainable programs in cardiovascular disease.  It will also foster the training and mentoring of emerging scientists, health professionals, and/or community health workers.
