Ruth Young is a Policy Analyst in the Center for Policy Impact in Global Health. She completed her Masters in Science in Health Policy, Planning and Financing at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and the London School of Economics. Most recently she has lived and worked in Lilongwe, Malawi working with the Ministry of Health as embedded technical assistance on a health sector reform programme targeted at achieving universal health coverage. Prior to completing her masters, she worked for her state government in Australia on whole-of-government reform program, researched provision of rural maternal health services and harmonisation of health ICT systems.
