Policy Unit

The Duke Global Health Institute Policy Unit provides timely, non-partisan advice to decision makers in government, the non-profit sector and the private sector, both domestically and internationally, on priority issues and on topics that are related to the Institute’s research priorities.

DGHI acts as a non-biased participant in addressing these issues by fostering dialogue between stakeholders on all sides, conducting the necessary research, providing the required policy analysis and issuing reports and publishing papers based on this research and analysis.

In performing its work, DGHI uses the broad range of the Institute’s fellows and other faculty expertise at Duke, as well as a wide array of public and private partners worldwide.
