UNDP Access and Delivery Project: Innovation and Access to Health Technologies

Project Objectives

The Program on Global Health and Technology Access has sought to conceptualize new approaches to reengineering the pharmaceutical value chain and has continued to work on collaborative R&D models to improve innovation and access to health technologies. Along these lines, the Program serves an advisory role to the United Nations Development Program (UNDP)'s Access and Delivery Project - a partnership led by UNDP in collaboration with WHO and PATH - that aims to leverage the comparative strengths of the partners to strengthen capacity in low and middle-income countries (LMICs) to improve access and delivery of global health technologies.
