The 35th Annual International Conference on Global Health is being held from May 27-31 in Washington, DC.  The Helping Handz Conference Volunteer Program provides an opportunity for members of the Global Health Council to contribute to the conference.  Students and professional volunteers are needed to assist in a number of pre-conference and onsite conference administrative duties, and students in particular will benefit from the networking and learning opportunities at the conference.  Though the opportunity is only open to Council members, one can sign up to be a Council member at the time he or she registers to be a volunteer.  Conference Volunteers contribute by doing clerical tasks in the office, setting up an exhibit hall, distributing registration materials to conference participants, and facilitating workshops.
