Jennifer Headley

Evaluation Research Specialist

Jennifer is Evaluation Research Specialist with the DGHI Evidence Lab, which conducts rigorous evaluation research in low-resource settings together with local partners to inform evidence-based programs and interventions. With over 10 years of research experience and study management, she manages and analyzes data from a range of studies, including formative research studies, impact evaluations, and randomized controlled trials. Her professional credentials include research and evaluation methodology, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, multi-site international project management, study development and monitoring, training, and data dissemination. Her work has focused particularly on evaluation with social entrepreneurs, HIV prevention, reproductive health, adolescent health, and social and economic development in LMICs. Jennifer has managed studies based in Cameroon, Guyana, India, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Malawi, South Africa, Tanzania, and Uganda, and served as a Rural Health Peace Corps Volunteer in Côte d'Ivoire.
