Susan leads the content creation, branding, and messaging for the Duke Global Health Institute and assists in developing and evaluating the DGHI communications and marketing strategy. Susan publicizes and promotes DGHI through a range of digital and print outlets, including social media and email marketing. Prior to joining DGHI, Susan was the director of marketing and outreach at 3C Institute, a research and development company in Durham, NC. She also brings to DGHI nearly 10 years of university experience at Boston University and UNC General Administration, as well as a master's degree in higher education administration from Boston University.
