Erica Hall serves as the Research Coordinator for Health Eating Research (HER), a national program of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF). Erica's main roles are to manage the grant consulting agreements and sub-awards, coordinate meetings and conferences, and provide technical assistance to the RWJF HER grant recipients.
Prior to coming to Duke Global Health Institute, Erica worked at the American Diabetes Association as the Associate Director, Community Health Strategies for North Carolina and South Carolina. There she campaigned for community and corporate diabetes awareness programs and funding sources to support diabetes research. Erica has over 10 years working in public health throughout NC. Specifically one of her greatest accomplishments include advocating for NC's 100% Tobacco Free Schools policy which became effective in 2008.
