Comparison of a portable "POCkeT" colposcope with state of the art cervical screening in the U.S., Peru, and Tanzania
To develop and test a safe, accurate, and cost effective screening device for prevention of cervical cancer.
To date we have reliable data comparing this device to current state of the art cervical screening technologies in the United States as well as several East African Countries as well as Peru. We are currently working with individual Ministers of Health to expand this technologies with each country.
It is our sincere hope this clinically relevant technology in addition to HPV vaccine programs will help to alleviate the burden of cervical cancer for women throughout the World.
