Master of Science in Global Health

Doctoral Certificate

The Global Health Doctoral Certificate provides an opportunity for doctoral students from across Duke to engage in the field of global health through a combination of coursework, a research-related field experience, and engagement with peers and faculty. LEARN MORE

Doctoral Scholars

The Global Health Doctoral Scholars Program fosters dynamic intellectual exchange and mentorship between Duke doctoral students and encourages students to work on a global health project, develop a global health dissertation, and become involved in DGHI's intellectual community. LEARN MORE

Final Deadline: March 31

Doctoral Certificate

Students can apply to earn certificate at any point during the academic year.

Doctoral Scholars

Applications are accepted early in each fall semester for the following academic year.

Doctoral Field Research

Deadlines for funding occur three times a year:

  • March 15th (summer funding)
  • June 15th (fall funding)
  • October 15th (spring funding)
