COVID-19 vaccines were developed and distributed at a speed and scale never before seen in public health. Beyond saving lives and helping control the pandemic, this rapid rollout has implications that could improve the development and distribution of other life-saving vaccines, particularly for low and middle-income countries. In this event, moderated by Dr Krishna Udayakumar, panelists with diverse expertise will describe successes and barriers in the launch of COVID-19 vaccines and explore key lessons that can help improve vaccine development and access in LMICs.
