Jane Claire (she/her/hers) is a graduate from the University of Georgia with a B.A. in Classical Culture, a B.A. in Anthropology, as well as a minor is Japanese Language and Literature. She returned from teaching English in Japan in August 2021, when she started working at CHPIR as the Staff Specialist of the Finance Team and Assistant to Dr. Whetten. Jane Claire graduated with her Master of Public Administration, Nonprofit Concentration, in December 2022. She changed roles within DGHI in October 2023 when she began working as the Program Coordinator within the Center for Policy Impact in Global Health (CPIGH). Her life-long passion is educational accessibility, and her mantra is “some people just want to watch the world burn; I just want to watch it learn”. She began working as a DGHI Grants & Contracts Administrator in July 2024.
