Duke Global Challenge Information Session
November 30, 2016 | 6:00pm - 7:00pm ET
Gross Hall, Room 103
The Duke Innovation & Entrepreneurship Initiative and the Social Entrepreneurship Accelerator at Duke are working together to bring Oxford University’s 2016-17 Global Challenge to Duke University.
The Duke Global Challenge is a chance for students to take a step back from generating solutions, go deeper in learning about the social and environmental issues they care about ("What's your problem?"), and learn how to dynamically present their findings to a broad audience ("Why should we care?"). Global Challenge winners will receive funding to "apprentice with the problem."
Duke students can register for the Duke Global Challenge as individuals or in teams of up to three people.
Learn more about the challenge at the information sessions on 11/17 or 11/30.
