Our Strategy
Our strategic plan 2025-2029 is informed by an extensive review of DGHI’s vision, mission, and core values. Using an appreciative inquiry approach, over 140 faculty and staff participated in individual peer-to-peer interviews and group discussions to help us better understand our key strengths and develop a shared vision for the future.
