Madeline Boccuzzi - DGHI MSc-GH Outstanding Student Award. She completed thesis research identifying barriers and weaknesses in the supply chains of HIV rapid diagnostic tests and insecticide-treated bed nets in Lao People’s Democratic Republic
Sadhna Gupta, Michael Maranzano, Anamika Saha, Grace Zhou – DGHI Outstanding Capstone Research Project. The global health certificate graduates developed and carried out a project that introduces an education curriculum in Robeson County, North Carolina that can aims to prevent prescription drug abuse among local school children.

Jessica Narloch, DGHI Independent Project Fieldwork Grant recipient for global health fieldwork - Paul Farmer Award for Justice and Social Responsibility (Cultural Anthropology)
Kathleen Perry, Global Health Certificate - William J. Griffith University Service Award and Algernon Sidney Sullivan Award
Karolina Puskarczyk, Global Health Certificate - Fulbright Scholarship. She will study the impact of fertility issues on the lifespan of rural women in Poland.
Stephanie Rotolo, Global Health Certificate - Fulbright Scholarship. She will explore how best to integrate biomedicine and traditional healing practices in Togo.
Jocelyn Streid, completed global health fieldwork - William J. Griffith University Service Award and Award for Most Original Honors' Thesis (English), and Hart Leadership Fellow. As a Hart Fellow, she will study palliative care for children in Malaysia.
Jianing Xie, completed global health fieldwork - Dennis A. Clements Outstanding Service Award in Latin American & Caribbean Studies (Latin American & Caribbean Studies)
Stephani Zakutansky, Global Health Certificate - Maggie Schneider Award in Marine Biology (African and African-American Studies)
Grace Zhou, Global Health Certificate - Hart Leadership Fellow. As a Hart Fellow, she will work with DGHI faculty member Kathryn Whetten to evaluate a new policy for reuniting orphaned children with their extended families in Cambodia.
