As a senior public relations specialist with the DGHI communications team, Alicia will be creating and sharing stories about DGHI’s research and education activities and will be in charge of our social media channels and Insider newsletter. She previously worked at Fayetteville Technical Community College as a digital content/social media specialist and prior, as a reporter for The Fayetteville Observer and The Los Angeles Times.

Alicia earned a degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2010.
