Erica Carter recently joined DGHI as the HR Manager. Since 2017,  Erica has been a Senior Staff and Labor Representative in Duke’s Staff and Labor Relations department.  Prior to Duke, Erica spent 23 years at DXC Technology as the Regional HR Business Partner managing all aspects of human resources. She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a BS in Business Administration, concentration in Human Resources. Erica will be responsible for all DGHI staff HR matters and will work closely with the CHPIR and GHIC administrative teams.
