International Partnerships and Visiting Scholars

Erin is the Program Coordinator for International Partnerships and Visiting Scholars at the Duke Global Health Institute (DGHI). In this role, she is the primary contact for international visiting scholars and foreign national employees requiring visas. Erin also manages the logistics for DGHI partner-related programs, events, and activities, including international workshops, meetings, and delegation visits. Additionally, she supports the development of non-binding partnership memoranda of understanding (MOUs).

Before joining Duke, Erin worked at IBM as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC), where she guided candidates through the interview and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience. Prior to this, Erin worked in IBM's Immigration Department as an I-9 Coordinator, ensuring that all foreign national employees maintained valid work authorization. She also served as an Immigration Administration Specialist at IBM.
