Josh (he/him/his) joined CHPIR in 2019 primarily to work on the Seminary to Early Ministry (SEM) study.  For this project, he is focused on evaluating what factors in divinity school and the early years in ministry affect the health, wellbeing, and vocational flourishing of clergy.
