As web manager at Duke Global Health Institute, Joy creates and maintains the DGHI website as well as micro-sites created for its partners and faculty. She provides strategic leadership on new technologies and online trends. Joy helps ensure that the institute is meeting and exceeding the needs of its online community by assisting in the development of effective content strategies and site architecture. Using skills gained by a degree in Graphic Design and years of design experience, Joy lends a trained eye and helpful hand to staff and faculty for graphical needs that support consistent messaging and uphold the integrity of the Institute's brand.
