Armand is an Associate in Research at the Center for Policy Impact in Global Health (CPIGH). He focuses on the development and use of economic evaluations of global health interventions and investments to inform evidence-based health policies in low- and middle-income countries. He received a master’s degree in Global Health from Duke University.
