Project overview
- Conceptualized and created a nutritional database for TROSA kitchen staff to remove paper waste and inefficiency
- Developed mock COVID-19 outbreak scenarios using mapping software (Kumu) to prepare facility for contact tracing efforts
- Created a resource spreadsheet in excel for a second TROSA location in Winston Salem, NC
- Conducted qualitative interviews with residents and write success stories for grant applications
- Performed market analysis for 3 of TROSA’s social enterprises (Moving, Lawncare, Thrift) to aid staff in opening of new facility
