Undergraduate Breakfast Club with David Boyd

Undergraduate Breakfast Club with David Boyd

Want to talk about global health? Join the club.

Come down to Trent Hall for brunch with fellow undergraduate students interested in global health. Engage in a discussion moderated by one of our faculty members geared at deepening your understanding of global health, including how to get involved in research and tips to start your career in the field. Hear from a variety of perspectives, such as the fields of psychology, public policy, humanities, medicine, and engineering. Come hungry. Leave informed.

Each month, a different instructor will moderate the Breakfast Club, so mark your calendars for the whole semester!

About this month's moderator:
David Boyd is Associate Professor of the Practice, Global Health. The Bald Guru works on indigenous medicine and vulnerable populations.  Ask him about drinking snake-blood wine in China, being surrounded by a gang in Nigeria, or why the new season of “Project Runway: Under the Gunn” truly, truly stinks.
